The free TAS resource guide: which one should you use?
A task-by-task guide to the assessment, workbook, Blueprint, toolkit, answer guide, and group.

TAS has several free resources because beginners face different tasks. The collection becomes useful when you choose the help matching the job in front of you. It becomes another pile of unread material if you download everything and wait for a perfect time.
The current resources below are available without buying a partner program. The downloadable guides do not require an email address. Page counts describe the current TAS editions; follow the resource’s landing page for its available download.
When you don’t know where to start
Use the Find Your Shift Assessment. This is a self-scored, 16-question PDF that gives you a Primary and Secondary Shift. It helps select a practical priority, rather than telling you to change everything at once.
When you need to put the framework to work
Use the Trust Before Traffic Workbook. Its 18 pages include lessons, fillable action sheets, seven work sessions, an evidence log, and a completion checklist. Choose the sheet matching your current priority and apply it to your actual routine, message, profile, or conversation.
Don’t fill the worksheet with what a successful marketer is “supposed” to say. Write the real problem and a change you can make. The workbook is most useful when its answers lead to finished work.
When the Facebook introduction needs a deeper audit
Use the Profile Blueprint. The 122-page guide covers the profile audit, message, identity, visitor journey, content, conversations, and implementation worksheets. Begin with the Five-Minute Visitor Test and use the sections needed for your findings.
A long guide doesn’t need to become a long delay. If the test shows that your bio is unclear, work on the relevant section and make one change before exploring another issue.
When you know the idea but can’t write the post
Use the Facebook Post Toolkit. The complete kit includes a 27-page workbook, 12 post formats, 20 AI prompts, and supporting files. Start by naming the reader, question, real material, and useful takeaway.
The formats are structures for your own examples. AI prompts can help organize a draft, but you still check the claims, supply the experience, and edit the voice.
When you need help with one specific problem
Use the Beginner Marketer Problems and Answers guide. It contains 470 answers, actions, illustrative examples, and completion checks, with TAS IDs running from TAS-001 through TAS-470.
The current combined PDF is 428 pages and includes three supporting guides: the Blueprint, Trust Before Traffic Workbook, and Post Toolkit. That total includes those embedded sections. It isn’t 428 pages of additional answers. The personal-use Show Them Something workbook is not listed as part of the public kit.
Use the clickable index, search a keyword, or search a TAS ID. Supporting guide page numbers refer to those guides’ original numbering, which differs from the combined PDF’s page counter.
When you want a short framework answer or a conversation
Authority Answers provides shorter explanations of TAS and its framework. The TAS Coffee With Duey group offers a place to discuss what you are working on. Its guiding idea is that trust is brewed before business.
Make downloaded worksheets usable
Save a local copy and use a PDF reader supporting forms if you want to type into fillable worksheets. Save, close, and reopen a test answer before filling the whole document. Printing and working by hand is another option.
Internal PDF links stay within the file. A viewer with Previous View can return you to the location before a jump; the previous-page control only moves back one page. If your viewer doesn’t handle navigation well, note the starting page number.
Pick one resource, one exercise, and one finished task. Add the next resource when the work reveals a specific need.
Your next useful step
Put it to work.
Choose the resource matching your current task. Write the section you will use, the change you will finish, and when you will check it.
